PhDx offers two main options for data management services—subscription services and paper-based data collection services. In the subscription model, the investigator site accesses the PhDx® Health Information Platform over the Internet and manages the collection of data and reporting using the tools provided. In the paper-based service model, PhDx assists sites in the collection of data through creation of paper enrollment packets and entry and reporting of data. PhDx also offers other services such as digitization of radiographs, and data mapping.

PhDx offers additional consulting services to assist the sponsor and sites during study implementation and the duration of data collection. In addition, PhDx can assist with the close down of the study. These services can assist the sponsor to achieve the study goals, while keeping the sponsor up-to-date on achievement of milestones, and may create a more complete data set through active involvement with investigator sites.
