The VP will provide leadership and direction to sales, marketing and account management, maintaining our reputation for excellence with clients and supporting other PhDx departments. The ideal candidate will have at least six years sales management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably selling to orthopaedic and/or cardiovascular medical products companies. Solid knowledge of web-based software applications and a strong understanding of the impact of outcomes data. S/he will have proven leadership skills with high level of energy, an excellent sales record, the ability to manage and motivate a successful team and be service oriented, independent, flexible and responsive to change. The right candidate will have adaptability in a creative environment, sound judgment and the ability to deliver results and meet project goals. Excellent oral and written presentation and interpersonal communication skills a must. Candidate MUST have solid PC skills, a bachelor’s degree and a track record of consistently achieving sales goals. Expected travel 40%. Job Title: Data Entry Operator Job Summary: PhDx is currently recruiting for a part-time Data Entry Operator. This position will perform Data Collection and reporting services for clients. Responsibilities include: complete accurate preparation and entry of surveys, through data entry or scanning; timely preparation of surveys to patients per designated schedules; preparation of reports to clients; timely preparation and tracking of enrollment packets; mailing (including bulk mailing) of prepared patient, client and physician office materials; maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction through communication with clients. The successful applicant must be a High school graduate or equivalent, have working knowledge of 10-key data entry, experience with Computers (and Internet) including word processing and spreadsheets, strong attention to detail, able to work independently, as well as part of a team, able to retain knowledge received through training or manuals, able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time, knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred
